Andrew began his training as a young boy while teaching his dog fun tricks. Though not having any formal training experience at this time, Andrew displayed a natural talent and gift at communicating with his dog. This began his passion for dog training and fueled his drive to learn all that he could. Setting out to learn, work and train with the “best”. A process that he continues today.
In his early 30’s now, Andrew has been training for over 15 years and has experience with all different types of dogs and training styles. Working with hunting/herding dogs, training service animals, training hundreds of pet dogs, working with an aggression rehabilitation specialist in Colorado, and over the last several years, training and working military and law enforcement K-9’s in handler protection, suspect apprehension, tracking, and narcotics detection.
Andrew brings this unique range of experience to all of his clients and enjoys helping you to better understand your relationship with your dogs and helping you achieve your goals. He is committed to providing “the best” and never settling for less. He is very knowledgeable in many styles and types of training as well as in dog psychology. He is an “observer” by nature and throughout the last 15 years, has also acquired an intimate understanding of the nuances of dog communication and psychology as it relates to dog training.
Trainers don’t get this by just book or class folks. Andrew is truly a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional, informative, and most importantly, very good at what he does, creating a one-of-a-kind personalized experience with each and every client.
